Mr. Payton strives to stay at the top of his game to most efficiently assist his clientele. He and his wife are both graduates of Realtor® Institute (GRI), have achieved certificates as REG (Risk Reduction Graduates™) and ABR® (Accredited Buyers Representatives). Also licensed and experienced in Property Management for both residential and commercial, Mr. Payton and his wife serve as administrative members for both the influential Bylaws Committee and the Political Affairs Committee of the NVAR (Nevada Association of Realtors). Mr. Payton’s time-tested charisma and aptitude for diplomacy enables him to successfully engage all parties and details within the real estate world. As part of the Payton Team, he has been assisting many people achieve their dreams, whether that be a first, second or vacation home. In retirement from the Ford Motor Company, Carl Payton continues to advise and maintain relationships within the UAW and other Labor Relations groups across the country. It has been his personal objective to assist public service employees and other union members to achieve homeownership. Carl Payton, with the Citizens’ Scholarship Foundation of America, instituted a UAW Scholarship Program for both hourly and salaried employees in the United States, where a record breaking 145,000 scholarships were awarded. He also served on the board of the Workforce Development Council, which gained fame for implementing the Michigan Works! Program, a system of integrated services for employers and job seekers alike.
