Elizabeth Payton’s driving passion for learning has led to her having logged over 1,000 hours of real estate courses, equipping her for a multitude of challenges and opportunities. A Buyer Representative for First American Property Advisors, Inc. of Nevada (FAPA, Inc.), she is able to assist her clients as few others can. 

Mrs. Payton and her husband, Carl are known in Las Vegas as “The Payton Team.” They are both graduates of the Realtor® Institute (GRI) and hold certificates as REG (Risk Reduction Graduates™) and ABR® (Accredited Buyers Representatives).  They continue to practice as Licensed Property Managers for residential owners of ranch homes, townhomes, condominiums and multi-housing complexes as well as a commercial clientele.  

Holding licenses in Nevada and Michigan is not enough for The Payton’s. The Payton Team enjoys a prominent presence within the Nevada Association of Realtors (NVAR), where they each hold influential seats on both the Bylaws Committee and the Political Affairs Committee. Moreover, Mrs. Payton is a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS®, the national organization comprised of entrepreneurs and industry leaders who share the vision of affecting positive change in the profession and in the broader community. 

Over the course of Mrs. Payton’s 20 professional years, she has fashioned effective ‘people skills,’ enabling her to interact with a wide range of personalities while successfully negotiating the best situations for her clients; both buyers and sellers of everything from studio condominiums to high-end vacation homes.  

Ever vigilant in her pursuit of new opportunities to serve her community, Mrs. Payton is currently expanding her practice to establish a home buying program for employees in the teaching and public service sector of the community, as well as workers affiliated with a trade union.   Mrs. Payton specializes in making the ‘American Dream’ come true for many people by assisting them in locating and owning their own home.    

Before practicing real estate, Mrs. Payton was an executive administrator and technician at the Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan.
