An honorary member of the International Executive Guild, Sandra Salvati serves as the Director of Operations for First American Property Advisors, Inc. (FAPA, Inc.).  She is responsible for a broad range of organizational functions including evaluating, instituting and administering the day-to-day principles within the organization.  

Ms. Salvati’s extensive corporate background and contributions towards strategic planning have been significant to the advancement of First American Property Advisors, Inc.; lending an integral influence from general management through to market research and development.  

First American Property Advisors, Inc. presence is well extended through her involvement with the other internal affiliated companies of the broker, Michael Moloney who runs and operates CREI (Commercial Real Estate Institute), NREES (National Real Estate Education Services, Inc.), as well as with the exclusive Las Vegas High-Rise Association, where she enjoys contact with many influential power brokers in the industry. Ms. Salvati also holds memberships in the Woman’s Business Association.
 
Prior to joining First American Property Advisors, Inc., Ms. Salvati managed the Office of the President & Corporate Client Accounts, nationally for Kelly Staff Leasing, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) & Division of Kelly Services. 

Preceding Kelly Services, Ms. Salvati served as Service Business Director at ProShots, Inc., - An Eastman Kodak Company; where she supervised Business Services and Support worldwide.    

Earlier in her career, Blindart-USA, Ltd., an innovative leader for High Security Bullet Resistant Vestibules for bank and government agencies in the United States, retained Ms. Salvati. She accepted a variety of International Marketing Appointments including Business and Systems Liaison between the company’s World Headquarters in Rome, Italy and the US office in Michigan.    

After her experience as Marketing Director Deputy at the World Headquarters of The Coffee Beanery, Ltd., Ms. Salvati has been an entrepreneur in the culinary field having owned and operated several food establishments. 

Sandra is a graduate from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communications and Marketing. She has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management and is pursuing her MBA.  She is a licensed Realtor® for the state of Nevada.
